How do I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the Login page and click on “Lost your password?”. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a link to create a new password.
Can I share my account with a friend?
No. Account sharing is strictly against our terms of service. Our system monitors login IPs and devices. Sharing your account may result in permanent suspension without a refund.
Courses & Access
How do I access my enrolled courses?
Once you have successfully enrolled and made the payment, log in to your account and navigate to the “My Courses” or “Dashboard” section from the site menu to view all your active classes.
Are the video lectures downloadable?
Video lectures cannot be downloaded directly to your device due to copyright protection. However, you can watch them online anytime while your course enrollment is active. PDF notes and tutorials provided by the teacher are usually downloadable.
Why is my video buffering?
Buffering is usually caused by a slow internet connection. Try lowering the video quality using the gear icon on the video player, or check your internet connection speed. Using a stable Wi-Fi connection is recommended.
Payments & Technical Issues
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and direct bank transfers. For bank transfers, you must upload the payment slip to the system for manual verification.
My payment was deducted, but the course is not active. What should I do?
If you made a direct bank transfer, please allow up to 24 hours for manual verification. If you paid online via card and the course isn’t active, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction receipt.
